2. License and Apple terms
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use MaestroNote on your Apple devices for your own lawful purposes. MaestroNote is free to use. You may not copy, rent, sell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
MaestroNote is currently distributed only through Apple TestFlight, so the Apple TestFlight Terms apply to your use of the beta. If it is released on the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement will apply unless a valid custom agreement replaces it. Mandatory platform and consumer-protection rules prevail if they conflict with these terms.

5. Your scores and content
You’re responsible for having the rights to the scores you import, including copyright. MaestroNote doesn’t check what you import.
You own your annotations and your compositions. We don’t claim any rights over them, and we don’t receive them: they stay on your devices and in your private iCloud account.
Deleting a document in the app removes the app’s copy, along with its annotations and analysis. It doesn’t delete the original file you imported. Our Privacy Policy explains how MaestroNote and this website handle data.

8. No warranty and limited liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaestroNote and the website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties we haven’t expressly stated. We don’t guarantee that the beta will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or free of data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, scores, annotations, or work that results from using or being unable to use MaestroNote. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that can’t lawfully be excluded, including your rights as a consumer.
